New Melville Primary School for the Department of Housing and Works located on Marmion Street Melville.
 
This project consist of new classroom blocks, administration, canteen, covered assembly and associated carparks, roads and landscaping.

OLD TAXATION GOVERNMENT OFFICES PERTH ($800,000.00)
 
Located on the corner of Barrack Street and St Georges Tce Perth the project consists of external restoration. Complete new tiled roof, external painting and restoration of windows.
Completion due December 2004


NORTH CANNING VALE PRIMARY SCHOOL ($6.8m) - Wednesday, June 02, 2004
North Canningvale Primary School - Complete new primary school including Administration, Teaching blocks, Libuary, landscaping and carparks.

PERTH TOWN HALL REFURBISHMENT ($4.8m) - Wednesday, June 02, 2004
Perth Town Hall Refurbishment Stage 2 - involves complete restoration of all roofs with installation of timber shingled roof tiles, restoration of towers, conservation of brickwork and render, painting, upgrade of lift and mechanical services, upgrade of kitchen facilities.

OVERALL WINNER OF THE M.B.A. EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS FOR 2001. THIS PROJECT OF TILT-UP CONSTRUCTION AND GLAZED CURTAIN WALLING WAS OF A COMPLEX NATURE. WITH A 3,500 M2 BASEMENT CARPARK AND BOND STORE BUILT WELL BELOW WATER LEVEL INTRICATE DEWATERING AND SHEET PILING WAS INVOLVED.
NEW AND USED CAR SHOWROOMS, SERVICE CENTRE, ADMINISTRATION, MERCHANDISE SHOP, COMMERCIAL KICHTEN, SPARE PARTS, BOARDROOM AND EXECUTIVE OFFICES WERE CONSTRUCTED.


South Atwell Primary School - $7.2m - Thursday, March 11, 2004
South Atwell Primary School - Complete new primary school built with environmentally energy efficient construction and to operate once complete as self energy efficent school. One of the first of its kind in Western Australia. Complex project with tight construction programme.
 
Winner of 2005 M.B.A Excellence in Construction Awards :
 
" Best Public Building " , Best Energy Efficient Building" & " Best Practice of Building Sustainability"
 


CHURCHLANDS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ($9.0m) - Wednesday, March 10, 2004
Churchlands Senior High School - Major additions including five learning centres, library, canteen, covered assembly, administration, science, arts and crafts, manual arts, carparks and landscaping.
 
Completed on time and to budget.


GOVERNMENT HOUSE BALLROOM ($2.8m) - Wednesday, March 10, 2004
GOVERNMNET HOUSE BALL ROOM - RESTORATION AND ADDITIONS TO THE HISTORIC HERITAGE LISTED BUILDING. INSTALLATION OF LIFT SERVICES, NEW TOILETS, NEW DISABLED ACCESS AND RESTORATION OF BALL ROOM.


FREMANTLE CEMETERY COMPLEX ($6.0m) - Tuesday, March 09, 2004
Fremantle Cemetery Complex - construction involved new East and West Chapels, central committal, crematorium, kiosk, niche walls, major carparks and extensive paving and landscaping.
 
The project received an award in the M.B.A. Excellence in Construction Awards and was also the winner of the George Temple Poole Architectual Award


LOTTERIES HOUSE QEII MEDICAL CENTRE ($6.0m) - Monday, March 10, 2003
This project constructed at QEII Medical Centre involved the construction of medical suites and specialist suites for the major specialist medical proffessions.
Built in tilt-up concrete construction the project was finished on time and to budget.


HACKETT HALL W.A. MUSEUM ($6.8m) - Sunday, March 10, 2002
Hackett Hall W.A. Museum - This project involved the complete restoration of Hackett Hall and the construction of a new glazed atrium, basement art gallery, lift services and a suspended link bridge running through the atrium to connect Hackett and Montgomery Halls.
 
The project won a National and State award for " Best Restoration of an Historic Building" in the M.B.A. Excellence in Construction Awards


BURSWOOD PARK GOLF CLUB ($3.5m) - Saturday, March 09, 2002
Burswood Park Golf Club - Construction of Pro Shop, Administration, Maintenance Workshops, Carparks and landscaping.


CSIRO LABORATORIES FLOREAT ($7.8m) - Friday, March 08, 2002
Complete new laboratoies covering approx. 5000 m2 over two storeys and new administration centre.


ROKEBY ROAD SUBIACO RADIOLOGY CENTRE ($5m) - Friday, March 08, 2002
This medical centre built at 280 Rokeby Road Subiaco is a four (4) storey complex which houses Perth Radiological Clinic.
 
A limit construction site made it difficult condtions in building. Project was completed earlier than programmed and to budget.


CASUARINA PRISON STAGE 3 ($11.5m) - Wednesday, January 02, 2002
This stage of the new metropolitan security prison involved the construction of the intricate gate house, visitor centre, security workshops and extensive carparks and landscaping.
 
The only stage of this prison project that was finished on time and to budget.
